The following list of terms and conditions apply to the Money Back Guarantee Program:
- Accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy will not qualify for the money back guarantee.
Example: If a Service is cancelled due to a SPAM'ming violation it will not qualify.
- The special "Account Cancellation Form" must be used during cancellation.
- The Account Cancellation Form can be found at Cancellation Request.
- Setup fees are not refundable.
- Service add-ons such as "Disk Space", "Bandwith Packs", and "Email Accounts" are non-refundable.
- Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 5-10 business days. If the refund is unsuccessful due to credit card processing errors (IE: you changed your credit on file) a refund by cheque will be issued.
- Refunds by check may take up to 2-4 weeks.
- "Not Applicable" indicates that a service family does not qualify for the the money back guarantee program.
